Just a quick note to let you know how copper is getting on.  After his treatment with the motorised dental equipment (which he accepted better than I had anticipated) copper has improved greatly, when ridden his contact is steadier and he has stopped pulling on the bit.  I am really impressed with how you handled him, as he is not an easy patient.  Look forward to seeing you in 6 months time.

All were dealt with professionally, with care and attention to the rider as well as the horse.

I have already used my “pass it on” skills, so I know that you’ll be coming back to our yard for another two in the near future.

Thank you so much for looking after my horse’s teeth. Even though Charlie’s teeth had been seen by a vet and an equine dentist you were the first person to tell me he had a wolf tooth and since it was removed he has been a different horse. He used to be stiff in his neck and hold his head to one side, now his dressage marks are up in the 8s. Also the difference in my other horse has been remarkable, no more stopping and reluctance to shorten when jumping. When you were working I felt reassured by your quiet competence and professional approach and obviously my horses were impressed too as they have always needed sedation to have their teeth rasped before, even without the power tools. I expected them to react badly to the power tools but it was no problem. This winter they are keeping their weight so much better than before. I never realised how important it is to have your horse’s teeth looked after regularly by a competent equine dentist before I met you. I’m looking forward to seeing you every 9 months from now on.
